Final Reminder: Kickstart 2014 Showcase

So the big day is upon us….tonight our five finalists take to the stage in the Speakeasy Bar to try and walk away as the winners of Kickstart 2014. We hope you will come down in your droves to support your local music scene, entry is completely FREE so you literally have no excuse.

To keep things transparent we are delighted to confirm our illustrious panel of judges. They will have the very difficult task of deciding the overall winner from our talented finalists:

John Cartwright – Head of PR & Communications at Stendhal Festival of Art

Grainne Savage – Deputy Station Manager at Queen’s Radio

Michael Mormeecha – Mojo Fury and co-owner of Millbank Studios

Tommy Keery – Dog Kennel Productions

Robert Brown – Editor of Chordblossom

But what of the stage times I hear you ask. Well we recommend coming down for the doors opening at 8.30. However to keep you all happy, here are the (approximate) stage times as they stand:

Doors: 8.30pm

1. In An Instant (opening act) – 9pm – 9.30pm

2. EQ1NIX – 9.45pm – 10.15pm

3. Freak’s – 10.30pm – 11pm

4. Runabay – 11.15pm – 11.45pm

5. Car Chase City (closing act) – 12 – 12.30
