❝ I Got A Problem With Hatred, I Just Get Cold Feet❞

Feral is easily the most no-nonsense record of 2013. From the opening rampage on ‘Burn,’ there is simply no let up.  ‘Before the Flood’ flatters to deceive in being a more straight up rock song, before some steely screaming bring us back into the Dogs territory. It may well be a dirty, grungy record with a bucket load of riffs and attitude but make no mistake there are plenty of catchy hooks to keep this record on repeat.

There is a real ferocity in the delivery of the music and one dreads to thing the damage to McGreevy’s vocal chords after a live performance. “Will you ever just listen?” bellows McGreevy on ‘Fist’ – Don’t worry Gareth you have definitely got our attention.

‘Throw Your Heart Into It’ epitomises the tight rhythms, strained vocals and grunge fuelled riffs that this cracking debut album will be remembered for.
