Some artists rest on their laurels and never push themselves to develop and improve their sound but Aislinn Logan is one musician that this can’t be levelled at. Following the release of her Lost or Gone EP, she returns with the rather exquisite ‘So Loud‘.
Centre stage of ‘So Loud’ is Aislinn’s almost celestial voice and an almost deceptively simple strumming of an acoustic guitar. It seems like the long term collaboration with producer Carl Small has paid dividends and that it won’t be long before we start talking about her in the same breath as Laura Marling or a little closer to home, Saint Sister.
