Modern Life is Rubbish Launches

We love announcements for new monthly gig nights, so of course we were delighted to hear of another one featuring great local music. Modern Life is Rubbish is a new initiative from NI music enthusiast Taylor Johnson and it launches on Wednesday 21st May in the Pavilion, Belfast.

He has secured quite a coup in his first headliners, The Late Twos. The indie rock five piece have just released their new EP ‘Get Down Before I Pull You Down’ and are ready to get out and play it live. The line-up is completed by the mysterious Frank & Beans (young 2 piece drawing comparisons to Fugazi + Sonic Youth) and the ambient tones of His New Atlas. Doors are at 9pm and admission is £5.
