The wait is over as the headliners for Sunflower Fest 2014 have been announced.
The Friday night will see The Orb take to the stage with their hypnotic electronic sound that is definitely in fitting with the vibe of the festival. The Saturday night delivers our very own home grown The Answer. Their hard rock and blues tone has held them up as one the most successful bands from our wee country and we’re sure many will be pleased to hear they are coming to Sunflowerfest 2014.
It’ll be a tough act to follow last year’s Ozric Tentacles, Alabama 3 and Eat Static but The Orb and The Answer should make for an epic end to two fully packed days of music, art and eats.
So, that’s the headliners for 2014, but more acts are being announced via the Sunflowerfest Facebook page. Recently confirmed are new sensations LORIS, Smoking Tongue and Siobhan Day to join the list of bands to rock Tubby’s farm this summer.
