Sunflowerfest Goes Online For 2020

One of Northern Ireland’s bigger musical festivals Sunflowerfest took a break in 2019 and were looking forward to a big return for summer 2020. Sadly Coronavirus put a halt to their plans for the typical summer festival experience but fear not they have a Plan B so you can still get your fill.

On Saturday 25th July join them online for the first ever Sunflowerfest live stream that will feature several local bands who have become firm crowd favourites at the festival over the years.

The event is being broadcast from the newly re-furbished Moot stage on the festival farm with the help and support of Forestside Shopping Centre and Tuar Pro.

2pm     The John Andrews Band

3pm     Valium

4pm     Alice La

5pm     Twisted Sisters

6pm     Ursula Burns

7pm     Amy Montgomery

There will also be a Zoom link provided on the day through the Facebook event page so that people can see/listen and interact with the performers.

Although the event is completely free to watch, links will be available throughout the event to donate to each of the performers and to the festival itself.
