Conchúr White is back with a new single and some big news. ‘Atonia‘ is the new single from the Armagh native and it finds him on in truly mesmerising form.
Underpinned by his characteristically dreamy vocals, ‘Atonia’ waltzes and weaves through a moonlit lament inspired by the experience of sleep paralysis. It is rich and beautifully textured with a chorus which is sumptuously unforgettable.
The new single comes off the back of the announcement that White signed with legendary record label Bella Union. The label is renowned for its quality roster that features The Flaming Lips, Fleet Foxes & Father John Misty as well as putting out releases from two of our own in Cashier No 9 and ex-magician.
With his debut album nearing completion, we are thrilled at the prospect of more new music from Conchúr White. With ‘Atonia’, he has set a high bar but we have every confidence he can soar higher still.
