After days of teasing RunawayGo have finally released their new single “This Is Real” – and boy is it a great track. It has been knocking around their live sets since the summer and was a big festival favourite of ours in 2012. So it’s safe to say we are very pleased that a fully recorded version has found itself a home on our mp3 players.
Jonathan Shakhovskoy (U2, Beady Eye, Amy Winehouse and Stereophonics) recorded and produced the track which shows that the collective’s hard work is paying off. The production sounds fantastic and is another gem recorded inside the walls of Start Together Studios, Belfast.
Big Bad Lama (Tony Webster) as always is the man behind the artistic side of the band and has put together a brilliant visual package of cover art and a music video.
