Invaderband are a unique prospect in the local music scene not least because of the distinctive vocals from Mancunian frontman Adam Leonard. The garage rock outfit have their roots in Derry and already secured a number of plaudits including a NI Music Prize nomination for their debut album.

‘I Won’t Remember You’ is the first single from their second album, Peter Gabriel. Ultimately grounded in a punk aesthetic, Invaderband set themselves apart by cramming in plenty of pop sensibility. Sharp, snappy and ultimately laced in self reflection, ‘I Won’t Remember You’ will have you reaching for the repeat button. Two minutes just isn’t enough.
