VerseChorusVerse needs your support to fund debut album

VerseChoruseVerse (aka. Tony Wright) is less than three weeks away from his crowd sourcing deadline on PledgeMusic.com. He has raised over 50% of his target so far thanks to the generosity of his fans and supporters.

In a post on his Facebook page today, Tony said:

“Hey all,
A little over a year ago, I recorded my debut album in London with arguably one of the greatest songwriters Northern Ireland has ever produced, Mr Iain Archer, as it’s producer.

It’s the single proudest I’ve ever been of anything I’ve ever created and I really believe a lot of people are gonna get a lot of enjoyment out of it…well I certainly hope you enjoy it anyway! 🙂

Since then I’ve put out a Covers EP with all monies going to two charities very dear to me. Released a 4-part video series with the songs available for free or on a “pay-what-you-like” basis to you if you enjoyed them, and, perhaps best of all, put together the band of my dreams to help realise the album in a live setting and, quite literally, take this show on the road.

In order to give this album the best chance I can, I started a PledgeMusic Campaign a little over two months ago.
Now, with just 20 days left (eep) on it, we are sitting at 52% of our goal. Thank you so so so much to everybody who has pledged thus far, it means everything to me.

If the 100% target falls short, everybody gets their money back, and it’s back to the drawing board for me to try and get the album out. Please help ensure this doesn’t happen.

We really are approaching the final furlong/the home stretch/squeaky bum time! So forgive me if all your feeds get inundated with stuff about this for the next 2.5 weeks! I promise I’ll stop if we meet it!
So in closing, if you’ve ever enjoyed any of the thing I have released or played on in the past, with the greatest respect to my past, I really believe you’ll enjoy this album more than anything I have put out before.

Thanks so much for reading folks.
You all smell great and look even better.
Best,
Tony

There are various incentives for those who wish to donate to the project. Including a pre-order of the album, exclusive one of a kind artwork and T-shirts, you can even book him for an acoustic show in your living room!

At CB we are all for this kind of project and we wish Tony all the best in achieving his goal. If you would like to help fund his album click HERE.
