Applications are now open for the Gerry Anderson Music Bursary, a £5,000 award designed to support emerging musicians from Ulster as they take the next step in their careers.
Launched in partnership with the Oh Yeah Centre, the bursary celebrates the legacy of Gerry Anderson – the much-loved broadcaster and passionate advocate for local music.
The award will be presented in November 2025 to a solo artist or band from Northern Ireland who demonstrates creativity, originality and artistic expression. In addition to the cash prize, the recipient will benefit from mentoring and industry support, reflecting Gerry’s lifelong commitment to championing artists and helping them grow.
