Nathan Connolly – Limelight – Sunday 18th June 2023
Established Snow Patrol guitarist Nathan Connolly takes his own path, with an edgier twist. The debut solo album, ‘The strange order of things’ grasped a new crowd as well as maintaining dedicated supporters, as he ventured into an alternative sound, featuring Simon Neil of Biffy Clyro, a clear source of influence. Experience a familiar face with fresh and ingenious music.
Dylan Smyth – Ulster Sports Club – Thursday 29th June 2023
Following the release of his charismatic debut single ‘Last night’, dedicated singer-songwriter and familiar Belfast busker Dylan Smyth makes his anticipated live debut. Support from Madam’s Last Discovery & Ben Cutler.
SONI Presents: Brother Vice – The Empire – Friday 30th 8th June 2023
Up-and-coming alternative rock four-piece Brother Vice launch their highly anticipated debut EP ‘Another Day on Earth’, upon releasing promising singles post lockdown. This band have been described as ‘punchy and potent’, and their ‘Modern Baseball’-esque angsty lyricism creates a fresh yet distinguished appeal. Support from The Pottingers, The Cornerstones & Vandal.
United Tribes Festival – Omagh – Friday 30th June to Monday 3rd July 2023
‘United Tribes’ makes it’s return in the picturesque, rural Beatties Farm in Omagh. The celebration of various genres and aspects of local music is essential, and this line-up of over 80 acts does not disappoint. From hypnotic psychedelic sounds on the ‘Alien Vibrations’ stage to DJ’s and heavy bass, this festival has it all.
