If you are a fan of clubbing, then you need to add a new venue to your list of places to visit. Set to open this Friday (5th August), Foundry will come to life in Bankmore Square, off the Dublin Road in Belfast.
The venue hopes to provide a “safe club space for music alongside a quality resident DJ roster” according to the organisers. To back up that statement, they have shown real prowess in bringing in local mainstays of the scene, The AUX, Night Institute, Slay & Thursdaze to work in the venue.
The first weekend will feature a launch party on the Friday night featuring Bobby Analog while the Saturday night will feature Jordan and Timmy of the Night Institute. It is always nice to see new venues opening up and this promises to be quite a spectacle with a great audio-visual effects and a great new sound system so get down and check it out!
