Silver’s Got Strings was initially a Belfast based project fronted by singer-songwriter Dessie Magee. Yet after a promising start on their debut EP, Old Too Young, the collective seemed to stall and things went quite quiet. But despite their last live performance being in August 2013, the group have been steadily working away on new material and have even taken the brave decision to relocate to Brighton.

The upside of this quiet time and new found lease of life is the rather moving ‘If Heaven’s Full’, the first of many new tunes. Filmed by Dog Kennel Productions in the beautiful surroundings of the Mourne Mountains and featuring hill runner Moses River, the video is the perfect companion piece.
