The night life in Belfast only seems to get better and better. This is perhaps emphasised by the sheer number of gigs and events taking place each night of the week. This weekend in particular is either a delight for music lovers or a horror show if you’re having to decide what to attend. Thankfully for you we’ve picked out the highlights, well in our humble opinion anyway…
Chase The River – Sunflower Bar, Belfast – Friday 1st May 2015
Chase the River is a collaboration between Lauren Molloy and Stuart Lunn that enchanted our ears from our first encounter. The vocal harmonies are beautiful yet haunting and the night is geared towards celebrating the release of their new self titled EP. Support comes from Rab Wishart and Owen Denvir.

Mojo Fury – Limelight 2, Belfast – Sunday 3rd May 2015
Undeniably one of the finest live acts in Ireland, Mojo Fury are back for their first show of 2015. It is always exciting to catch them and even more so when the rumours are we will be hearing some new material. Support on the night is impressive with two great bands in The Bonnevilles and Runaway Go.
