The 2:19 – 11th January 2025 – Empire, Belfast
To celebrate the release of their 3rd album, The 2:19 hit the Belfast Empire for a special headline show. Keep My Will Strong was recorded in Start Together studios and looks set to continue their fine tradition of quality rhythm & blues for the local outfit.
Wildheat – 11th January 2025 – Diamond Rock Club, Ahoghill
Blast away those January blues as hard rock’s Wildheat pay a visit to one of NI’s hidden gems. The Diamond Rock Club is the perfect venue for those hard riffs. Support from Black River Myth.
Mark Hegan – 15th January 2025 – Voodoo, Belfast
Mark Hegan headlines his biggest show to date as part of the Voodoo Sessions. The singer songwriter looks to capitalise on a good end to 2024 with a strong early showing. Support on the night from Tristan Rene and Ben Traill.
Ursula Burns – 16th January 2025 – Black Box, Belfast
As part of the delightful Out to Lunch festival, Ursula Burns takes to the Black Box to launch her latest album The Secret Melodies of Trees. This will be her first record of contemporary harp compositions after nearly 30 years as a performing musician.
4AM Club – 16th January 2025 – Union Bar, Belfast
Melodic indie rockers 4AM Club take to the intimate Union Bar for their latest headline show. Support comes from Sheela and Running Out the Clock.
Katharine Timoney – 17th January 2025 – Black Box, Belfast
Another Out to Lunch event as Timoney plays an evening and a matinee show in the Black Box. Her music combines elements of vocal jazz and retro soul drawing inspiration from powerhouse voices such as Nina Simone and Aretha Franklin and will be a show to remember.
When Ireland Rocked – 17th January 2025 – Empire, Belfast
Featuring the virtuoso guitar skills of Pat McManus of Mama’s Boys, outstanding vocals of Cormac Neeson of The Answer fame and a supporting cast drawn from some of Ireland’s finest musicians, When Ireland Rocked will celebrate and salute the years of 1973 to 1987 which encapsulated a period of great musical discovery in Ireland
The Suite – 17th January 2025 – Pavilion, Belfast
Derry indie rockers The Suite pay a visit to Belfast to give us a taste of their energetic live show. They are joined by two of Belfast’s up and comers in the form of Paranoid and AOA.
Dani Larkin – 19th January 2025 – Deer’s Head, Belfast
Dani Larkin headlines a special Out to Lunch festival show in the Deer’s Head. Larkin has been crafting her captivating brand of indie folk for the past few years and is comfortably one of our finest exports at present.
Diamond All Stars – 25th January 2025 – Diamond Rock Club, Ahoghill
The Diamond All Stars is always a sell out event in Ahoghill’s Rock Club. The All Stars boast an incredible line-up of Cormac Neeson (The Answer) – vocals, Pat McManus (Mamas Boys + P.M.B.) – guitars and vocals, Seamy Donnelly (A Little Bitter) – bass & Davy Bates (Sweet Savage + Stormzone) – drums. The perfect way to celebrate 19 years as a venue.
Cloakroom Q – 29th January 2025 – Black Box, Belfast
Art Rock Power outfit Cloakroom Q are gearing up for a bumper 2025 with lots of new music on the horizon. They kick things off with an intimate show in the Green Room of the Black Box. Support comes from ORTHA.
Leo Miyagee – 30th January 2025 – Voodoo, Belfast
Leo Miyagee, a rising star of the Northern Irish hip-hop scene and the self-described “rap dynamo”, headlines Voodoo Belfast to close out January.
Brian Kennedy – 31st January 2025 – St Augustines, Derry
Lúmináre showcases the beauty of the maiden city by hosting events in some of its most iconic buildings and unique locations. Their headliner for January is the iconic Brian Kennedy, one of Ireland’s greatest songwriters. After a challenging few years, Kennedy is ready to get back out in front of a live audience.
